- Please return your unwanted goods to us within 14 days. If you would like an exchange send back to us within 28 days. Personalised products (shirt printing etc.) cannot be returned.
If you've paid by credit or debit card you can pop down to one of our JD stores nationwide, take your despatch note and the goods you want to return, and the store team will be happy to offer you a refund or exchange.
Unfortunately, we cannot take orders paid by PayPal back in store.
Personalised items will not be accepted unless the personalised text is incorrect or if the item is faulty.
Christmas Returns Policy – Orders placed from 1st November can be returned anytime up until the 5th January for a refund or exchange. We are unable to accept returns in store between the dates of 26th and 28th December.

Free returns by post
Within your order you will receive an insert which will include a sticky label for a pre paid return. You have 2 options to return your order for free, either use the Royal Mail returns label and drop into any Post Office in the UK or use the Collect+ label and drop into to any of the 5,000 local stores offering the Collect+ service.
You can track your order through both services via their online tracking services visit either www.royalmail.com or www.collectplus.co.uk and enter the tracking number provided when dropping off your order.
Once your order has been received by us we will process your refund or exchange within a few working days and we'll send you an email to let you know once it’s complete.
If your insert was missing from your order you create and print a new label from the Collect+ website, visit www.collectplus.co.uk/jdpsorts.
By post
You can make your own arrangements through any postal carrier but we recommend you use one who can give you a "Certificate of Posting" as, until the parcel reaches us, it's your responsibility.

- How long will it take for me to receive my exchange?
- Exchanges are usually processed and despatched within a few days of us receiving the goods back.
We can exchange items for a different size or colour. You can also exchange items for a different product with the same or lower price as the original item.
We’ll refund any difference in price difference.
We are unable to exchange items for higher value orders. If the item you have requested isn’t in stock we'll refund you and send you an email to let you know.

- Once the order has been processed a confirmation email will be sent to you. This is usually within a few hours.

In the unlikely event that you haven’t received an email within 10 days of returning your items, contact our Customer Service team and we’ll help you out.
Make sure you let us know your original order number, which items you have returned and any delivery reference numbers when you contact us.
